I Tishanah hall , provide live healing sessions and spiritual services conducted via Zoom. As our offerings are service-based, no physical or digital products are shipped. Below are the details regarding service delivery and payment.
Service Delivery
• Scheduling and Access: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with details regarding your session, including the date, time, and Zoom link. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address during the booking process.
• Delivery Time: Healing sessions are conducted at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking. There is no physical or downloadable delivery involved.
• Confirmation Email: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary session details. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please contact us if you need to adjust your time.
• Cancellations: all sales are final so please contact me with any questions and be sure before making a purchase .
• No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Refunds: As our services are live and time-based, refunds are not provided.
